It's not our fault that he didn't want to be more than 10 minutes drive from his mummy. He thought he'd give it another try in Leipzig, somehow thinking it would work out better, but obviously it went just as bad for him there, and now he's back in London and he seems happier.

It is what he wanted and he didn't do a thing for us, even in his limited time on the field. It's very easy to look back in hindsight. And let's not forget he's not proven a thing yet apart from one good game today.

I'm not looking at this in hindsight I was saying it at the time and he's been Fulham's best player all season and quite good in pretty much every game that I've seen.

I’m not going to get sucked in to this post beyond saying none of it is hindsight. Many of us were livid with his non selection at the time for players that delivered sweet nothing week in week out.

Piece was said then. Whatever happens from here is what it is. We didn’t play him, he got frustrated and left.. we move on. Not sure we have learnt any lessons mind you.
