I do not recall Silva starting him at all frequently. It would be interesting for Ped and Baz to do an interview with him and try to get to the bottom of everything.

I said he got lots of game time, and he did, he came off the bench most weeks and started most cup games, and I’m struggling to think of anything he did all season. Why would you start a player that’s contributing nothing and is skulking about the place all week in training?

I don't feel the need to go into a lot of depth as I have done in this thread I'm sure but look up the highlights for games against Palace, City and Bournemouth from that season to start. Also the match thread vs Bournemouth has a MOTM poll you'd find interesting.
