the thing mcgeady will offer us in my opinion is the ability to hold the ball up in wide position further down the pitch. Great as an impact sub when holding on to a lead.

He does need some love but our manager is exactly the cuddly bear that will draw good performances from him.

He'll be a good signing. People on here will fume when he turns out to be good because it'll go against everything they said.

Martinez has shown a great ability to improve attacking players, in a way Moyes did with defensive players. I'm delighted we have got this lad. I think he will be less flamboyant, but more consistent than Mirallas. I also think he should strike up a good rapport with Coleman.
A pretty clever, astute use of the bosman market too, which we didn't do enough of under Moyes.
