I like him you know, think he thrives on clear instructions. Need to start seeing a bit more quality on those balls and cutbacks into the box but plenty of good play and good to see him using his pace and frame more.

I've noticed he fizzes a nice low ball into the box, but can't cross to save his life. Unfortunately I've never seen a bad crosser become a good crosser so hopefully we can get more out of him by focusing on his strengths.

definitely offers us a different option down the right, I wonder if Carlo will consider playing Rodriguez for Siggy and keep Iwobi in the side.

I'm warming to him you know.

I'd never play him on the left hand side ever again (wether it wing back, or left forward).

But from what i've seen last 4 games he can certainly play in any of the positions on the right (right back, right wing back or right wing).

It seems playing on the right simplifies everything for him, kick it forward & run with the ball, cross it low and hard! Run back when opposition have it.

Well played from him, hope he keeps it up

Have to say he’s been largely terrible since he joined. But these past few games he’s put in a shift in a few different positions so fair play to him there. Think he’s looked good in moments too. Have to remember he’s only 24 too

He's definitely improving each week, suppose that's what getting a regular place does for you, still a bit of work on his final ball but still a massive difference from how he was even a couple of months ago

He was known at Arsenal for being a high chance creator so there must be a final ball in him somewhere.

Put in a great shift last night and was one of his best matches. Think he just needs a bit of composure when he gets in the right areas, looking up and seeing where everyone is. He was just smashing it as hard as he could across the six yard box last night.

Would like to see James tried in the middle where Gylfi was last night, that would be a good attacking four with Iwobi finding his feet out on the right.

I'm pretty happy with how he's played recently, bar the failed experiment at LWB

Hes quite a neat passer of the ball and can deal with the ball well in tight spaces. As others have said, his crossing let him down a bit last night and he maybe needs to just keep it a bit more simple and stand it up for DCL to try and attack.

He looks fitter and physically stronger this year and is battling well.

Alex Iwobi just needs output, he reminds me of adama traore when he first played for wolves, he can beat defenders all the time but has no output, now he needs to train hard like traore and develop that output like a cross to DCL like adama crossing to Jimenez at wolves.

He seems far more comfortable on the right, I have been pleasantly surprised by him lately, his decision making lets him down, but, he gets us up the pitch with his driving runs.

One thing you can't question is his work rate. I don't think he is the answer on the right, but, he can do a job there until we can get the right player in. He may be a good squad player as well, he seems to be quite versatile.

Paid too much for him, but that's the club's fault, not his.
