He clearly wont do what his manager wants, which means his attitude stinks and he should go and join another club as a matter of urgency.I'm not saying it is always wrong, but the reason Kean didn't succeed is because he didn't really play. It isn't a Kean problem even if the club was in the right.
I do think he would improve if he were able to use his right foot which he uses almost exclusively to move toward the goal instead of having to go toward the corner flag or his own goal with it. Is that unreasonable? Apparently yes.
Its a him problem, but sure, keep using it as a stick to beat the club with.
