Really I didn't speak, I read the post that he did and I would like to know his preferred position! Usually, I want to put players on the pitch where they are comfortable to play. If he has an idea, I have to know, I want to know

I have to tell him to tell me, I am your manager, tell me where you prefer to play! If he wants to play No.10 or No.9, I can put him there no problem.
I can adapt the system

Makes him look even more stupid for posting that. If he’s unhappy where he’s playing I’m sure Carlos door is always open as he says. Speak to him, no need to go public about it. I get it was probably more in frustration towards the fans who were criticising his performance but still keep it behind closed doors and sort it out with the manager privately.

Imagine he gets given the number 10 position now and bosses it.

To my recollection he's played there twice for us, maybe three times. Certainly can remember two of the occasions, including that West Ham game under Silva where to be fair to him he had a good game that day.

Good article that, but you'd argue that he's going to have to try and be a bit more positionally flexible as ultimately that's what Ancelotti likes.
