I don't disagree, he should be sold, but I think we've failed to even attempt to make him useful for us. Carlo saying "he wants to play somewhere else?!?" was telling. Never even considered him anything bit a old fashioned winger.

And the only reason he is starting is because Aguero is injured/not fit constantly not on merit. Still do well to find another striker in this league of a similar age he isn't better than.

Which all has nothing to do with why you're still wrong about Iwobi not being crap.

I think Carlo knows a player and what they can or cannot do for his team. Perhaps he's put him a few positions in training and passes judgement on what he sees there.

Iwobi doesn't read the game well enough to be anywhere near the centre of midfield or a No10.

I disagree, we play tons of players who don't read the game in Central midfield and Carlo has no issue basically because they were previously labeled as central midfielders.

Do you not think the people qualified as professional football coaches and the manager who watch him week in week out have looked at him in training and thought he’s just not good enough to play anywhere else?

I mean... obviously it beats a video from a few years ago of him having one decent game there and a couple of stats from the internet.

Carlo is a great manager who is also capable of making mistakes
 
Iwobi is useless and like other useless encumbrances we are lumbered with should be shown the door on the way to a Championship club or maybe in his case even lower than that such as a foreign league in China or Europe.
 

Too much passes him by. Listen to Seamus often berating him will tell you what you need to know (and yes I sit close enough to hear it)

Not sure if you are ever able to go to a game but when you are there and can see all that goes on then you may have a different opinion.
