If we'd had a functioning striker, he would have had an assist or 2 and that run down the line, his inner Bale moment, was impressive. He looks fitter and he was already one of our fittest players. Certainly bigger issues. We need a goalscorer much bigger issues than iwobi.

I wouldn't give him a wage rise though, so if that means bye, so be it.

Attacking player who has scored 6 goals for Everton in 121 premier league appearances, he is woeful, he got one more than Maupay last year despite starting every game, he runs yes, thats it, the end.

I think Everton (for once) are actually trying to prepare to get rid of him based on who we are trying to sign.

I think Danjuma, Harrison and (if we got him in) Gnonto would be 3 players challenging for 2 wide spots and I think Mcneil will end up playing more centrally as he carries the ball quite well. He'll of course also be an option out wide but he'll definitely be an option instead of having to rely on thr carthorse that is Doucore and over reliance on Iwobi who offers nowhere near enough goal threat.

He runs a lot, he is a coward on 50:50 challenges. He creates space and crosses to no-one, over hits it or loses cheap possession.

He has good ball control, never seems to challenge in the air.

Can’t fault his effort or basic ball control. Futsal yes, football no.

Hopefully we can fend off all this interest in this creative player that has 12 months remaining on his deal.
