The STCC issues would stay the same, no matter who our owner would be and how wealthy. That for me is the only reason we didn't already sell Stones last summer.

Just as good a reason as any to sit on the fench on this one. Can understand the reasoning why The Esk doesn't believe it will happen. At the same time a lot of stuff does point towards it happening. If it happens than no doubt it was the plan from the very beginning. Anyway, whatever happens, there's already clear evidence Everton is onto a winner in both scenario's.

This basically sums up my thoughts on it too. If it happens then fantastic, we're gonna win the lot. If not then we're still in a far better place than this time last year. Esk raises fair points about who to sell to and related parties etc, but the rumours still persist, and I guess only time will tell.
