Read esk's piece. Weird to ask why would anyone want to buy 30% of Arsenal. Why would anyone want to buy any percentage of anything if that's the case.

Why did Usmanov buy moshiri shares? To help his business partner make the first move in acquiring efc maybe?

That is the real question; why did he? Like I would lend @micknick a few bob if he needed it, (unlikely I would have it tbh, soz mate), but struggling with an analogy here, I wouldnt buy his house off him so he could use the cash to make mine worth less.
