He would be ok with mobility around him the fact we only have ONE midfielder with mobility and that's Doucoure and he's out
In terms of value for money, we must have one of the worst selections of centre midfielders in the league, if not the worst. Even the ones that aren't terrible are terribly inconsistent.

I had to go and check how much Romeu cost after the game. £5m. I can't get over it.

Terrible recruitment the club haven't got it into their head what's required in midfielders in the EPL, mobility and dynamism are above any skill.

He’s very slow him but absolute quality on the ball. Would walk into our team. (Literally)
 
I mean weren’t they battering us in the first half?
Not really. We at least had a platform to attack from, so offered a threat.

You don't rate Allan at all, I get it. On performances like today, I get where you're coming from.

But Lampard should have trusted him. We basically surrendered the midfield as soon as he went off. Not because Allan was playing well - he wasn't - but because of the absolute turd we had in reserve.
