Needs to move the ball alot quicker. Boss when he does things quick rather than slow motion. Was dreadful on Friday, hopefully no more performances like that, we can't afford anymore like that to be honest

Thought he was too risk adverse on Friday. With villa having two midfielders pressing, there were opportunities to thread the ball into calvert-lewin's or sigurdsson's feet. Instead, he always looked to move the ball wide.

His missing gueye to do the running in midfield. He has to track back now and he doesent have pace in his locker.

It's just hard to rebuild a midfield in a single window. Gomes has some use, but if he's off with the ball, he's worthless b/c he's terrible on defense.

Still think he'll be better pushed higher, but needs to create more. On Friday he needed to play a little defense occasionally, too. But he was dreadful. Others didn't have a good game, but he was legit awful.

I know this might be amazing to you, but most people are quite rational, and so when a player plays well most of the time, but then has a bad performance people chalk it up to him being human. They see that as different than doing it every single game. Crazy, I know...
