Everton was not in top 5 last season, so that's why Surkis is being difficult...

If thats the case though maybe Yarms isnt that keen to move. Surely he would be in his ear if he really wanted to move on. Just want it done already. Feels like an enternity since this rumour first came up. Thought if it was genuine it would of been done before City. I want to get excited but my head keeps saying Evans and Lennon on deadline day.

The main reason I'm sceptical is just how ridiculous the Bernard part of it is. He's not much of a player, and given how Martinez has stressed the importance of having the physical qualities needed to play in the Premier League, he just doesn't fit even in the slightest.

But he plays in Ukraine. So his name gets them talking.

If I was to make an educated guess, I'd say we are still persuing this quite hard, and may not be miles away, but are trying to push Kiev over the line. The word out of Ukrainian media supports this too.

So basically, it's the same as it has been all along - just wait and see.

Hope your right. He is a player I believe will make us a much better team and more threatening. The lad has no fear and possess bags of skills that will aid us.

We are probably just involved in getting him a better deal from Kiev.
