Settle down, Zat.

Club can spin it after it leaked, but him wanting an explanation from the manager is questioning his judgement. The key quotes Ancelotti;

Ancelotti in the times "I didn't explain to him - but he wanted an explanation"
Gordon on the official site: "I didn’t go and bang his door down, I went and asked politely, ‘What can I do better to get in the team?"

Gordon also admitted he was nervous doing so. I'm not surprised.

Seems like it may have been lost in translation from Gordon merely asking how he can improve to get a first 11 place and Ancelotti thinking Gordon wanted an explanation of why he wasnt in the side.

To me, it doesnt seem like Gordon "questioned" Ancelotti in the way that you put it.

If you see it differently then fair enough but seems like an eager kid asking how he can get in the side.

For me, it doesnt make any sense how Bernard (who was fine) and Iwobi get ahead of him and how he wasnt even on the bench.

I think Michael Ball also said the same in his column?

Behave.

You quoted/bold my point about him questioning the managers judgement.

He sought the manager out to seek an explanation over him being left out.

That is questioning the managers judgement.

You don't get nervous about asking your manager how to improve.

Whether he should have done, whether it's an issue, whether it's a positive/negative is another matter entirely but he questioned the manager.

Don't know what's going on with Anthony Gordon, but if the lad has been 'frozen out' because Ancelotti has seen his arse over Gordon going to speak with him, then our manager needs to bin his emotions and put the team before his ego. Hopefully, it's nothing so petty as that and it's just a case of the manager thinking that the player is not the right option at this moment.

Oh come on, are people really saying that a manager of Carlo‘s experience has been rattled by a 19 year old kid coming into his office? This is someone who’s managed many top teams in Europe and their players and got some of those players to follow him around because they respect him. Even in difficult press interviews a slight raising of the eyebrow is all we get as a show of emotion, he’s not going to see his arse over a teenager . I like Gordon , would like to see him get more game time and it’ll happen .

Not that he's rattled. Most likely that he'll take it just like you have now. He'll go, "I'm a top manager who wins leagues and European cups, why are you questioning me like that?" and takes him out of the team to send a message.

Just caught the last 15mins and was thinking no wonder Gordon isn’t getting a look in, looked like he was blowing out his arse, off the pace, failing to close down attackers, missed a bit of golden chance (out of nothing mind) all in all a very underwhelming 15 mins..... only to hear he was man of the match by the commentary team. Hopefully the full game will be repeated so I can see what must have been a far superior first 75 mins..... one thing I did notice though was he doesn’t look as big as he did after the first lock down when he had a PT etc and came back looking like a proper athlete.....

Settle down and behave yourself lad. From the very article you linked:
"The 19-year-old attacker responded to being omitted against Spurs by seeking answers from Ancelotti, who said he welcomed Gordon’s inquiry."I didn’t explain to him — but he wanted an explanation,” the Everton manager said. “I love that he asked the question because this means that he is really interested in doing a proper job."
Doesn't sound like demanding or questioning the manager to me, ties up with what he said on the OS. Your posts reek of Davek and his Martinez obsession. Just admint that maybe Ancelotti is wrong. No-ones perfect you know, not even 'Carlo Magnifico'.
