No, because Fab hasn't said how much was rejected.Nothing concrete literally because of the words "up to."
You're believing what you want to here.
So because one reliable source says a deal up to 60m is being worked on and another says the latest bid was rejected but neither said specifically both things we can't do any thinking and have to pretend we don't have any clue what the value of the rejected bid is?No, because Fab hasn't said how much was rejected.
He also said that it was rejected this morning. Ornstein, Bobble etc all did their reports late morning/early afternoon, which suggests they've got the info from the same source, and they also reported that Chelsea were willing to bid up to £60m including add ons, Gordon had said he'd wanted to go, but that there was no agreement between the clubs as of yet.
For once, accept you don't know everything from someone who actually does work with briefs and is used to how things have to be worded with publications, please.
If - and I am not 100% saying Fab is wrong or anything - Fab comes out and puts a figure to the fee, or other reliable reporters come and claim that a bid has indeed been rejected and this is how much it is, then I'll join you in being critical if that's anything north of £50m guaranteed.
Everton: Tone deaf since 1878.
Probably a smidgin more than in Gordon's ability to become a truly effective player.A lot of faith among this crowd in Everton's ability to wisely spend 60 mil
What are you talking about that gets you a full Sigurdsson and half a NiasseA lot of faith among this crowd in Everton's ability to wisely spend 60 mil
Ornstein, after reports from Sky and TalkSPORT earlier, said Chelsea were willing to pay up to £60m. Just like the other outlets. He didn't say it was going to be £60m just yet, but the suggestion at least was that talks were certainly ongoing. So because one reliable source says a deal up to 60m is being worked on and another says the latest bid was rejected but neither said specifically both things we can't do any thinking and have to pretend we don't have any clue what the value of the rejected bid is?
Yeah ok.
There’s no way, none, that Everton are turning down £50 mil upfront cash plus £10mil add ons. If that amount is ever offered, he’s gone.I think it is better too largely which is why I want to sell the 17th best first choice left wing in the league for exuberant money and try to find someone better. And on top of that we might just have a few extra to buy a real backup striker.
A gift on a literal silver platter and we've wiped our butts with it instead.
a full Niasse, actuallyWhat are you talking about that gets you a full Sigurdsson and half a Niasse
Never go full Niassea full Niasse, actually
