When we had Barkley on loan he was brilliant for the first 10/12 games or so. I loved the guy and wanted us to make his loan permanent. But the next 10/12 games he was Dog Poo. He just walked around the pitch and did nothing. I was delighted to see him return to Chelaea

Think he came through the same time as Dele Alli both of them looked absolute quality. Alli seemed to improve, Barkley dropped right off. Now both are absolute dross can't help but think it's lifestyle

Gray and Gordon have 1 assist between them all season and that was from a corner. Scandalous, particularly as Gray has taken so many set pieces.

I think Gordon has been mismanaged personally with too much responsibility and too much game time when he was struggling and playing poorly but given our alternative options it's not his fault.

I don't think he is a £60m player we quoted but I would happily take £30m with bonuses involved.

Yeah but if you look around the starting line up there’s nobody else with a history or track record of taking them. What was criminal was letting Digne, Siggi, James go in one transfer window without giving the manager any proper money to buy top quality.
