He was absolute gash, lads. Except for 6 months in 2012

I never thought I'd be saying this but thank feck Alcaraz is fit again, Distin - no fault of his own - is just too unreliable currently.

If you thought Aluko went past Distin easy, he would have glided past the juggernaut Alcaraz stopped and done the crossword before scoring.

The only time Alcaraz is the answer is when the question is " how do we concede more? "

Except he was picked ahead of Distin earlier in the season based on form in training, and then looked better than him in matches too. Sooo....

Distin is not the answer. We need Stones back ASAP.

Alcaraz is utter dirge at defending. Ball at his feet he is a good player but he can't play 4-4-2.

I've said this for years from going to a few Wigan games years ago. He was always caught out of position but sometimes he would do a last minute challenge and get away with it. He had limited pace then and two centre backs covering his mistakes.

He is a liability, just look at the errors last season.
