There were some, well many, that wanted him gone during this tournament. So to prevent digging up these posts I’d like to show goodwill by offering these fans - you know who you are - a chance to apologise to Gareth Southgate and then they can celebrate a result they tried to torpedo.

He's a proper gent that rekindled a pride and camaraderie in players playing for England again. That's not nothing. For too long players brought their club rivalries with them

So true, any other country in the world would get a proper manager who understands the game, tactics and substitutions.. Southgate doesn't understand any of this.. as ive said previously, despite him not because of him.
