From where I was sat he looked like he fell very heavily on his shoulder and the pitch did look very firm last night.

If its a long term injury he will go back to Chelsea for the rehab not stay here.ā¦..they put a brace on his right leg
Be interesting if this is the same Achilles as he injured previously and if it was the reason Ipswich pulled out of a deal at the last minute. Shame for the lad, but it looks like weāll be wasting monies on a high-risk, injury prone footballer who wasnāt available for half a season (even if weāve not long been paying his salary).
what a mess.
Only he did not go to hospital .....as first thought..... he's kicked the pitch fell over, & has gone off injured - new Manager will send him back along with Harrison me thinks .....No update on the lad then?
Was told this morning that he did go to hospital and it's a broken ankle.
thetas probably a decent outcome, broken bones often heal quicker that soft tissue injuries. Was told this morning that he did go to hospital and it's a broken ankle.
Depends if there was ligament damage alongside it.thetas probably a decent outcome, broken bones often heal quicker that soft tissue injuries.
