Nah, we done everything we needed to do. It was his agent who never handed the contracts over to the PL iirc.
Fair enough, I just still canā€™t believe we did the pictures and not the contract, and sacked the manager hours before. Just wild.

Sounds like a missed some snakey agent stuff though, fair

Desperation for a striker aside, is this fella actually any good.
I know in comparison to Maupay heā€™s probably Harland like, but I donā€™t remember seeing him for Spurs or Bournemouth.

You canā€™t have it both ways with Danjuma. If you are a fan that has been telling anyone that will listen that ā€œWe are and absolute JOKE CLUB mateā€ thatā€™s is ā€œNailed on for relegation ladā€, then you canā€™t castigate Danjuma for swerving said JOKE CLUB that is nailed on for relegation.

The truth is that heā€™s decent enough to attract the likes of Spurs and AC Milan, and Iā€™m glad that we are getting him rather than losing out to the likes of Villa, Brighton or Fulham.

Richy was playing and not scoring to be fair. If he was told heā€™d get a crack to oust a non-scoring player at a far better squad than ours and link up with Kane and Son over Maupay and Gray I can see why he made the choice

I reckon itā€™s a case of his ego ruling his decision making. Probably backed himself to get in the Spurs team ahead of those players.

Modern players arenā€™t exactly known for their humility.

Opted to try and break into a team chasing champions league rather than join our train wreck. Although we don't really know what his decision was based on, perhaps he preferred to live in London? Maybe the toilets at Finch Farm smell or something? There are probably a few more things people take into account when moving countries than we think.

/Sigh.

Have to disagree. It was always a stupid move - he was never getting a game ahead of Kane, Son, Richarlison, Kulusevski... even Porro got ahead of him.

If you're going somewhere for a few months for exposure, make sure you're going to play.

Why would he sign for Everton now ahead of AC Milan?... He could dig in and go elsewhere if he wanted. Lesson learnt, perhaps.
