Arouna Kone

He won't be remembered as one of the worst strikers, just one of the most ordinary. Runs around a bit, ball bounces off him or plays a misplaced pass, with the odd goal every twelve games or so .

Once he has left people won't even remember he played for the club.

The finance department might remember, what with him costing us £6m and his wages, contract renewal fees and so on.

Would make the colour run out of even Elstone's face

But you can't guarantee, can you?

Those are his career statistics.

He played 40 times and scored one goal.

He's scored 6 times in 38 games - or 3 in 37 with the hattrick aside.

Ross Barkley's injury would end some players careers. Look at him.

Alan Shearer - massive meff, terrible knee injury, came back and scored loads.

Ruud Van Nisterlrooy - huge knee injury that put him out for a year. Came back... yada yada.

You'll have to dig a lot deeper to defend Kone I'm afraid. Try again.

I give with you I really do, I've tried given good logical reasons why he plays and what he brings but you clearly don't want to know so congrats, you win

I find it hard to dislike him though, due to him being so bland. It's almost like he has for the ability to camouflage himself so you don't even know he is on the pitch. This is despite the fact that he has got a head that looks like it should be sat on a trike riding round the big top at Billy Smarts !

You haven't, you've given us some frankly bizarre opinions with no substance. He doesn't bring anything - he barely scores goals, he wins a third of the aerial contests that Lukaku does (again, facts) which would suggest he doesn't hold the ball up well (case in point, the build up to the Sterling goal) and he wanders about a bit looking mystified as to why the fans criticise him.

I've given you the facts in return and you've called me 'stupid'.

Should have cashed in immediately after that Villa hat trick. I bet you we could have gotten about a million pounds from some megarich Chinese club flashing the cash.

I could say the same about your opinions quite frankly, you presented facts big Freakin whoop, most of your opinions are based on blind hated for a guy you don't even know and very condescending to those that call you out on it

But it is not blind hatred. My opinions on him, as you even say so yourself, are based on the facts.

You could say it about my 'opinions' I guess but you seem a bit flustered, so we can forgive you for being wrong.

very condescending to those that call you out on it

or are you that stupid to not understand that?

Are you sure you want to do this?

Forgot to add:
  • camel whisperer
  • best mates with Yaya Toure
  • bleach blonde hair

I'm not flustered I'm just really stressed at the moment cos of stuff at home so need to vent as much as possible. I apologise for calling you stupid.

Good first step.

Next is 'I apologise for trying to defend the indefensible Arouna Kone and his terrible attempts at being an Everton number 9'

Come on, it's a good cathartic process

Fine "I hear by swear to never cross the all mighty Orly and his opinions of Arouna Kone, the biggest joke in the entire universe"
