No Kone no party.

Thought he did very well today, not just the goal but his all round play. More of that please.
I was prepared to give him a chance at first, then he got injured, came back, and apart from one goal against Newcastle, I have to say last season I've criticised him a bit.

But d'ya know what? I'd love him to turn it around and bang them in. I'm not beyond admitting I've been wrong. I do hope it's not a flash in the pan.

I think everyone wants that mate. I'm not bothered who it is as long as someone is banging the goals in. He looked more up for it today than he has before, I wonder if that's cos of the talk of a new striker coming in and his place being under threat?

Oh aye I'd written him off too but fair play to him, definitely willing to give him a chance on today's performance. I personally would never boo someone coming on to play for Everton (unless they'd killed a man or something, or were Joey Barton), so pleased that he responded in a positive manner. Hopefully everyone gets behind him now when he's on the pitch!

He seems like a weight has been lifted off his shoulders. Taking to twitter to interact with the fans in what must be 6 months+. Love it, really hope he can try and kick on now. Still need another forward though, that said.

In the days of Kipper, we used to have "kipper meltdown" during times of mass fume, can we have GOT Meltdown over Kone having a stormer of a game?

Booing before a player comes on is a bit bad like.

And let's face it, he scored a cracker today, without which we'd have been beaten.

Not right to boo your own player. Never done it myself but have often booed players of the other team or shouted worse like that infamous Leeds game.
