How he gets his place I don't know. Very average player who's form has been dreadful for 10 matches. Roberto says he makes space for others. That's great. But he can't play ball. Play breaks down with him time and time again. He can't attack. He can't defend. But he can make space for others. Koff off

I still think he has a role in the side, but ONLY when we will dominate possession and we can afford to take out a midfielder for a second striker. He was always going to be terrible today. Hopefully with the substitutions making the difference will be enough for Bobby to realize this.

Behave the lot of you he's nowhere near as bad as some are making out and served his purpose today.

A blunt instrument for when a blunt instrument is needed.

He was terrible today, absolutely terrible.

the way our manager keeps playing the same players after multiple poor performances because they had a good game 5 games ago is massively infuriating, he did it with Naisy, now he's doing it with Kone.

May be all you need is a blunt instrument if you cannot see what is obvious ,he is too light weight and a luxury we cannot afford at this time ,look at the difference Geri made .Nothing to do with the difference Mo Besic made who for me was Everton's man of the half if not the match

I agree some other positions were vastly more effective but how did that affect left forward midfield?
I think it was just a plan due to the weather and number of games. grind out the first half, then expend our energy in the second half when they were tiring. hence the not pressing 1st half and all over them in the second
