Well that's the defensive corner I'm talking about. Saha off for Distin and pushing Heitinga to midfield and Fellaini to attack isn't really a that bad option. But after you've made that change, there's no way you can sub yourself back in to chasing the game.

Indeed, striker off for a defender for 10-15 minutes of the game and you're pretty much out.
How he tried to save the game with McAleny in the last 5 minutes irritated me more than anything.

...again. So many of you forgetting the quality of the opposition.

Or wait, are we the only team they've sliced and diced before?

Answers on a postcard.

So which is it then, we were unlucky to lose to Arsenal and it took a world class finish to do so, or they played through us with ease cause they are the better team and we might as well of not bothered turning up and only their poor finishing saved us from losing by more?

As noted earlier, Fulham got a point there.

We never looked like getting one at all despite it being our only game plan.

And fair play to that.

But it's just so obvious that many DO NOT want to take into the account the quality of the opposition.

If we played this way today to a crap team at home, I'd be fuming like the next guy.

But away to Arsenal? A bit of perspective is needed.

Sorry mate, but they aren't all that anymore.

That game was winnable.

Mate, I am also absolutely fuming. But I'm avoiding the Moyes abuse, so would ask the same.

I seriously have no idea what the man is doing. His tactics are just nothing short of bizarre.

Frustrated here.

*kicks dog.

I'm done with Moyes. Every season I used to buy the excuse that he has no money but the REAL problem is that he has NO BRAINS! He sets his team to be tight at the back and that's his only tactic.

He made Yak sit out for about a year and guess what? Now he's banging them for Blackburn.

Why the **** did he not buy a striker or two from the lescott money in 2009? Instead, he bought 2 CBs FFS!

That can't be justified, he was class today. scapegoat...

His crosses were terrible. His offside/s were a joke. He wasn't even up against proper fullbacks. And provided no pressing on Walcott to help Baines out.
Fellaini was average, kept having the ball pinched from him.

If I was Moyes I would outlaw the 5 yard pass in the ten yard square central just outside the opposition box, it slows us down and gets us nowhere.

If you think peoples criticism is based soley on todays game then your way off the mark, this is latest in a long line of hugely frustrating performances engineered by moyes tactics and subs.

what was differant from last week?

oh yeah i got it we had a shot on target THIS week!!!

On another note, I'm going to do more productive things with my saturdays from now on that watch that drivel.

Two/three years ago I was chomping at the bit to watch us play the big teams as we were really in with a shout of beating them.

Now I'm not even bothered about watching us play Norwich, because as Ijjy says, it's going to be the exact same next week.

*retreats to lounge*

Don't let the door hit you on the arse on the way out.
I can sympathise with people who are down in the dumps about us being absolutely naff but quite frankly if you're going to stop following us until we're good, then you can **** off because that's just kopite behaviour.

Why can't it be both?

Or are they mutually exclusive?

You tell me.

So will I, it's pathetic because the players we have are good enough. Yes we are missing a good solid striker, but let's face it, we'd only make them look bad anyway in this terrible formation and tactics we play week in week out.
Bily? Saha? Neville?

Good enough? Please don't make me laugh.
