I'd sack Sam for this horror show alone
When a number of people said the manager was not good enough, I said wait and see, we might like him. WRONG! More than losing it is the idiocy of making so many changes to a team that had finally won. It is loaning Lookman when he can change a game. It is never even mentioning we don't have a dominant midfielder. It is buying an expensive forward and not giving him a chance. It is saying simplify the game so everybody knows their job, then changing players and formation every game. He is without a clue I am afraid. The club needs a vision and that rests with the board. I can now understand Allardyce is a manager for a club that has no vision other than clinging to PL status. Desperate.

I think we are starting to piece together now why yesterday was such a horror show. If the players really were sat down on a Thursday and told ‘Watch this video’ and the bottom team in the league was held up as the way forward, you can understand how that would tick off the players. It’s like he’s saying ‘you lot are just as crap, but if we follow the same system we might just get a draw’. There was clearly no buy in by the players for Sam’s copying of the Swansea Masterclass, and to be honest you can imagine what they all said to each other after he’d left the room. It just smacks of a slap dash beaten before you start mentality.
It also smacks of I have no idea myself! Hopefully we can make a living as a Swansea tribute act.

He was never the man to manage Everton, he lacks the integrity and the ability. The longer he is allowed to stay in post the more damage he will do.

3 more months minimum of his crap we have to put up with.

People at the top are held accountable for employing this knobhead as our manager and they should hang their heads in shame and embarrassment.

Well it is the morning after and usually Saturday's performances don't tend to look so bad in hindsight, goodness knows we have had enough practice justifying rank bad performances over the last while. This one is different, everything about it looks every bit as bad today as it looked last night. The manager's assessment only made it worse. Tomorrow mornings training is going to be testing.
Manager? Do we really have one who can justify the title? He can read stats, watch 'best of Swansea' videos but not actually transmit an idea or stick to a shape until it is right. Took the credit for an Unsworth victory, basked in the uplift for a few games then exposed as the overweight northern 1950's man he is. Be putting the team out with steel toecaps next. Tekkin 'em t dogs for a night out and bitta fun like.

a new low, beaten before we go out on the pitch. Lets play like Swansea !!!

Young Tom comes onto the pitch and wont look out of the place in a red jersey

5-1 is bad and respect to those who made the trip. A bad start compounded by a deflection and offside goal.

2nd half game gone but respectable effort.

It is not as bad as it seems, men. Mangala rusty and will need games. We know we're miles off the best sides anyway this season.

Two draws from the last two games would not see us better off, and the next 5 games are winnable. With Coleman in a back four without MS in front we have plenty of reason to finish top half.

I cant wait for this season to end , I have done all I can backing our manager , the team , but to no avail , this last game has finally broken me

I only hope were still a PL team next season some of the performances this season has to be up there with the worst ever
The team freezes against the top opposition getting thumped if the truth be told , they rode their luck against other teams were we won or scraped a draw
I believed Sam was a good interim but not permanent choice , I am rapidly changing my view , but realistically dont see this happening before end of the season if we want the right choice -also it cannot be just the manager at fault , what about the players , coaching team , DIF , Board , seems they are at sixes and sevens , the team seems scared [Poor language removed] of the opposition or dont have the ability , or IMO too many of them just doesnt care , so whomever comes in is on the back foot from the off , new manager or players alike ?

The funny thing is macca, if Allardyce did manage to get us to a 7th/8th/9th place finish, then the board could easily see that as justification to let him see out the final year of his contract, so Allardyce being binned might be not as open and shut as we would like to think. :(
