I'd like to laugh but I've felt like this for decades. It's just funny that they've won the FA cup and got to a European semi. We'd be in heaven with these kind of poor seasons.

I was just waiting for him to start singing "dry your eyes mate".

Ive been half expecting him to be sacked form Arsenal for weeks, then i thought would they wait to see if they won the Europa, now they have no reason really to keep him unless off course they think he is doing well and they will use excuse's as to why its not gone right so far

They are in the same predicament as we are in really, only we have an owner that seems to give a damn about the train set.

Each season becomes more make or break than the last, long-term strategy gets thrown aside as a result, and you inevitably see poorly thought-out signings and managerial appointments as a result.

They are in the sort of territory now where they could easily go through managers with as much regularity as we have in recent years.

They have all of the fundamentals to be a very successful club but as we know ourselves, there are only so many places at the top table and your rivals won't stand still whilst you flounder.

It could well be that they are going to see a whole generation or more of mediocrity.

Don`t forget they`ve got older players like Pepe, Willian and Aubameyang on well over 200K a week too.

If you look at the mess, that Koeman and Walsh left behind and how we`re still paying the price all these years later, it`s going to take Aresnal at least as long to sort their mess out.

Dry your eyes fella and put yourself in our shoes, must be awful only winning the Prem 3 or 4 times or the FA cup 2 or 3 times in recent memory, makes me sick that type of fan.
Try waiting 33 years plus for even a sniff of winning the league.
Arsenal TV shouldn't be giving that melt the time of day.

Yep, came across as a spoilt little meff. Was half expecting him to drop the mic but he wasn't angry enough for that so politely passed it back to his mate.

I heard Super Kev on Five Live this morning talking about the 'catastrophic decline' of Arsenal.
He mentioned;
1. Their FA Cup win last season.
2. Their Europa League final the season before.
3. Them not reaching the Champions League for four seasons in a row.
4. This being the first season in 25 years that they won't qualify for Europe.
Boo effing hoo.
I love Super Kev but he really needs to get a grip on perspective.

Utd have stuck with their man and are getting there. Arsenal need to do same. WHU have eaten humble pie and are reaping the benefits. Rome was never built in half a season. Chelsea and City had budgets without end and it still took time.

I think Arsenal are in as much trouble as Spurs.

Very little quality in both sides.

They if they played with 3 behind the centre forward then Martinelli, Smith-Rowe and Saka tick a lot of boxes. Also have a young centre forward whose highly rated, Belogun or something...

Although you dont rate him they also have Gabriel in defence and will be shipping out Luiz and likely Willian with no doubt several more out the door.

A window where they sign players to add to their young core could see them set for a long time.

Compared with Spurs theyre in a strong position.

I firmly disagree, the boy Saka looks the only 1 who can play football to me.

Their recent form is very good, but they need lots of good players.
