I was amazed to read Galloway is going on loan. I thought he made a big impression on Koeman in last season's game at St Mary's. Poor move, imo. He doesn't need to step down a division, especially if we're playing that new Johnstones Trophy competition this season. There was at least 4 games there for him and the possibility of more after the group stages. Benitez will ruin him.

Just reading about his background in football, real rags to riches story. Seems such a grounded lad, possibly due to spending time in the lower leagues (unlike vardy). A class act on and off the pitch, he will represent the club really imo.

Think getting Galloway out on loan is a great move. At the minute he's backup for us but if he can play weekly in the championship it can't but benefit us. Newcastle have premier league training set up and a good manager so he's in good hands.

Good to see Ron finally starting to add a spine to the squad that Martinez wrecked and planning for the future too

Hopefully kone cleverly and Mcgeady out the door next
