I have no doubt that he is/was interested in coming here but if Juventus have made it clear that they will not match our bid, I don't understand what the hold up with him is. Clearly Zenit won't sell to Juventus over us, so why isn't he here yet? It almost sounds like he is using us to get Juventus to bid higher, or waiting for a Champion's League team to come in at the last minute. If he comes here, it looks like it won't be until deadline day.

I say, move on. Don't think he is that great a player to warrant this amount of waiting, especially when they reversed on "verbal agreements" weeks ago.
