In all seriousness though, our two experienced players and Evertonians coming out with they have come out with since the weekend is pretty alarming.
Thankfully we have enough points in the bag.
It's April and we have 38 points. It really isn't though.
Jags did the post game...as a captain should after another disappointing loss. Looked disappointed, frustrated, and even a bit embarassed.
Baines as a senior player did an interview with the paper where he expeessed frustration and the team is struggling with chemistry.
Reading way too much into it. Just take it at face value...they knew the fans needed to hear from a couple of leaders on the team.
Had they not the silence would have been deafening. Nothing they said is an indication they are not happy with the manager.

A dig at the Manager is what they are.Doesn't change the fact that folks are making the interviews out to be more than they are.

No mate, the interviews is what kithnou meant, not what people on here say.Yes folks are using them to take digs at the manager. Nothing they actually said is though.

Interesting that he said "it's up to the players" to get out of the bad run, no mention of gaffers or working hard for the manager etc
But they aren't...
I'm just pointing out that he doesn't see the manager as part of the people who can positively affect the run were onShocking that a player who also happens to be the captain would stand up and take accountability. Absolute shocker.
They arent what?
Are you saying that Baines isnt saying the team lacks chemistry and that Jags isnt saying he hasnt a clue how we are gonna win a game?
