I would love some of that!View attachment 136724
Everyone of those beers was a cracker, but the winner was the Old Peculier ( 5.6 % ) served from an oak barrel.
Truly magnificent.

I've had this White Rat in the Dispensary 2 years ago , it was spot on. At the time ,people were talking about the manager being obnoxious ,I found him to be sound and not half as obnoxious as me.View attachment 136109
Last nights offering :
White Rat Pale Ale ( 4%) Ossett
Despite the description on the pump clip, it wasn’t overly hoppy, quite dry and smooth, with a nice after taste.
He moaned at me for reading a paper at the bar, because I was 'taking up space' - well pardon me for living. lolI've had this White Rat in the Dispensary 2 years ago , it was spot on. After working my nuts off in the garden today, i'm enjoying a Orval ..
Pretty unique, bitter belgian beer. Highly recommend it. Single trappist, not too heavy, not too light. Ages very well.
Drink it and enjoy. Had a seven year old Orval a month ago. It's intense. The hops are almost Gone, but still a nice head.£ for £, probably one of the best going. I have a 5 year old one in my cupboard. not sure what to do with it really lol
That's nothin' mate, @JordanianEmbassy got barred for laughing....He moaned at me for reading a paper at the bar, because I was 'taking up space' - well pardon me for living. lol
