From Philly, was expecting a high hop typical US craft beer, but this is a really rich classic IPA. Keep an eye out for this @SerenityNigh
New line in our local offy, they get a lot of US beers. They've got a few others by Victory, I'm gonna get a some more.Like the look of this, where did you get it ?
Try Golden Monkey, decent tripel if you like the style. Storm King is a good imperial stout if they have it at your shop.New line in our local offy, they get a lot of US beers. They've got a few others by Victory, I'm gonna get a some more.
Are they from the same brewery?Try Golden Monkey, decent tripel if you like the style. Storm King is a good imperial stout if they have it at your shop.

I'm a bit of a hypocrite over this style mate, cos I actually really love a lot of US ales and some of the IPAs are outstanding. My issue is with many of the new wave of UK brewerys chasing their style (because it's currently really fashionable over here) and hopping everything to death. Heard a lot of good things about Clown Shoes and will definitely check out St Arnold. Will look for it. Most US IPAs/high-hop beers reek like the weed at a Beastie Boys concert (rip MCA). I do like Smuttynose Finestkind iPA, but blended IPAs are probably my favorite (although Sierra Nevada make some top stuff.) **Clown Shoes has a Belgian/IPA blend called Tramp Stamp (Clown Shoes is good beer with terrible names) that I like and St Arnold (a wonderful Houston brewer) makes an IPA called Elissa that tastes blended but apparently is a true IPA.
**Now I'm confused whether I had Muffin Top (Hoppy Tripel) or Tramp Stamp (Belgian IPA). Oh well, try them both.
Whilst we're on US, I have one of these in my cupboard
