Does anyone else remember when Sheffield utd had two top youth prospects in kyle walker and Kyle naughton and at that time everyone felt naughton was the better prospect.

We were heavily linked with both before Spurs who at the time had more money swooped in and got both.

I feel its a bit like that with Norwich with Aaron's and Godfrey. Everyone speaks about Aaron's as the better prospect but I wonder if we have actually got the gem here in Godfrey. Still quite raw technically like Walker was, but lightning pace and strong.

Didn't naughton turn us down for spurs and walker was thrown in as well for spurs as well. We are linked with Aaron's today as well as Utd.
Trying to remember the full back at Leeds who we thought was ready to sign but he went to West ham instead as he was from Essex. Highly thought of. Never heard of him since

It's time for this to end. He's fine enough defensively but he's not some kind of reincarnation of Maldini and he's killing us (it isn't his fault because this isn't his position) going forward.

Real lapse to play Soucek onside. Why was he 5 yards deeper?

Hes done really well but hes committed 2 match losing errors. He needs to keep working hard and improving.

A lot of learning hopefully for him today....really struggled. He has to work on his passing ability if he wants to become a regular.

That misplaced pass when we were 3 on a great run with west ham behind and disorganised was terrible. A couple of times was dominated physically and lost confidence as the game went on. Lad is still young but today was very poor

To be fair he is being played out of position. I agree Digne has been a huge loss particularly his understanding with Richarlison.

Well I cant see Godfrey stepping out of defence as a CB and finding feet. He'll be a stopper on the evidence of this.

Not under any pressure as far as I remember either. Just cut across the ball. No composure or execution.
