They’ve literally just played the ball over the top of him and he’s been beaten every single time.

it’s not even a tactic they’re just lumping it and he can’t deal with it. How do you make it to this level as a defender without being able to deal with a basic ball over the top?

I do get the sense with Godfrey that if he gets a bollocking at half time and is allowed back on the pitch for the second half we might see a reaction from him - he’s had a pretty awful first half there but he’s not alone in that.

He has zero support today from mcneill by the way which may explain partly how poor he has been. One on one constantly against antony is not an easy ask.
