Many would be surprised on that, but i wouldn't be to be honest mate, both play with a high line and he has pace to burn that you need to play in that system, both could also do with a centre back.
Convinced there is a good player there and have always said it. He however wont get a chance here playing in a low block nor will it suit him, if a deal could be done - could be best for all, as long as we got a return on our investment, while we would prob need a replacement.

Only 25? Still just enough time for someone to turn him into a fast, rudimentary, not particularly attacking (other than rocketing down the line with the ball to win throw ins deep in the opposition half) full back, as he should have been when he was about 16 and stopped growing or learning how to head. Almost JPG levels of bad luck. But every time other injuries have presented him with a chance he’s either got a freak injury or shinned a clearance to a wide open striker. Always liked him due to the speed and desire to take ball then man whenever possible, but he has fluffed his lines many many times.

The errors were there from day one. They were just swept under the carpet because so many wanted to believe in him.
