It's pointless arguing who was worse out of 2 appalling managers.

Both of them have got it wrong. It would be unfair to suggest otherwise.

Rafat had us on an awful slump, but at the same time, we were also 6 points above relegation.

Frank also has us on an awful run, however this time we are no longer 6 points above, but are 2 points below.

Everton start the season in 8th place and he was sacked in 15th.

We have now dropped 15th to 18th.

So in reality, less of a drop.

Again, it’s not the same is it. Because you’re in the middle of a season. The middle ground is the point in between the end and start of each managers reign

But the fact you’re bending over backwards to defend him tells everyone everything they need to know about you.

4 points v 10 points

That’s the reality
No the reality is Frank.is doing a terrible job but with these useless players I'm not shocked.

Thats not how it works. Confidence plays a massive part in this.

It should be last 10 from Benitez and first 10 from Lampard, seeing as Lampard is trying to pick us up from the massive hole Benitez left us in.
How about then we just judge Frank on what he is actually doing in his own right?
Benitez has no legacy, good or bad, on the grand scale he was just a simple pawn in Moshiri's jigsaw of relegation

Absolutley lovley to hear the vermin chanting his name again yesterday wasn’t it, the main reason he shouldn’t have got the job was his kopite past - never mind the fact that he was a washed up dinosaur, who has been finished for about 10 years, who the club shouldn’t have touched with a 50 foot barge pole.

The main reason we are in the mess we are, as much to blame as moshiri.

When did Utd fans start loving Benitez.

All I've had today is Mancs telling me how it wasn't Benitez fault, he's a class manager and they would have him over Ralf any day.

Also, they don't want us to be relegated, but they want Frank to be relegated as they hate him.

Mad that as I know a lot of mancs through work and my brother in law is a Man Utd fan and all his family are Utd fans and I've never EVER heard any of them say Benitez is a class manager or that they'd have him.

No idea mate, maybe it's among the younger fans?

The opinion seems to have shifted though.

I mean sure that makes sense. If your 12 years old and all your mates are around the same age they may have a different opinion and think Benitez is great.

Must have been told by their dad's who would be rs customers when Benitez was manager, then maybe swapped sides to United when the rs weren't competing for titles and now they're 50/50 on whether they should switch back to the rs.

Thanks for clearing that up.
