Player Valuation: £60m
Another player I'd love to succeed but another I fear isn't good enough despite his excellent performance v sheff United

Myko is proving a lot of people wrong right now, including myself. Beto has the attributes to succeed, maybe we need to just be patient.
Davek, there is merit in what you say, but we are a club in the last chance saloon, we can’t afford 21 mill plus on a wing and a prayer. I seen nothing today that made me think that he would come good. I know that you can look at the service he got but this is a Sean Dyche team, this is the service he is going to get. If we could recoup our money in January I would take your arm off. The young lad who replaced him didn’t do much but at least he is young and if I had the choice I would go for him.TBF he's about what, 3 months in the country?
Let's let the feller find his feet before calling him out as a dud.
Unbelievable the tripe being talked about Beto.
Because successful clubs get behind successful people, we are currently a failing club because we have gotten behind failing people.Totally this. What good is it throwing him under the bus? Let's get behind him, try and take the pressure off then see what happens.
He's hardly reading GOT tbf.Totally this. What good is it throwing him under the bus? Let's get behind him, try and take the pressure off then see what happens.
Does he really though? Didn't see it yesterday. The lad works his absolute socks off and that's all we can ask for really.
He can't give any more than he is currently giving.
People have short memories. I would rather see Beto. who suits the Dyche style than the completely ineffective Maupay . I don't get the criticism of the lad, he is a decent understudy to DCL, who has hardly played.Does he really though? Didn't see it yesterday.
If he can't give more than he's giving then he'll go down as the worst striker in Premier League history.
He hasn't been a prolific goalscorer throughout his career. He's a 1 in 3 forward and hasn't had that many minutes. Can he improve? Probably. Will he start scoring a lot of goals? Probably not. But I'm not sure what we can expect for the price and payment structure. The lad works his absolute socks off and that's all we can ask for really.

Once he gets used to the pace of the PL the goals will come.
I think they're both rubbish in different ways, although I'd love Beto to come good the same way I desperately wanted it to work out with Maupay. I know a bad player when I see one though... Saw it in Ashley Williams, Klaassen, Bolasie, Iwobi, Maupay and now Beto.People have short memories. I would rather see Beto. who suits the Dyche style than the completely ineffective Maupay . Definitely don’t think he’s lazy, if anything trying too hard and losing all composure as a result.I think they're both rubbish in different ways, although I'd love Beto to come good the same way I desperately wanted it to work out with Maupay. If he was doing as he promised in his first interview ("I'm not the best but I'll give my all") I'd be a lot more sympathetic, but he doesn't look like he's giving his all, unless his size just makes him look languid and lazy.
