I am not a fan of his, and believe some of his decisions and actions have held us back.

I will say though, that the whole transfer process in particular seemed more coherent and streamlined when he had more influence in that area, pre the appointments of Walsh and Brands.

Without doubt though, that is as much a comment on the failings since.

Despite the money being put in, the club has singularly failed 5 years into Moshiri's tenure, to appoint a chairman and, more accurately, board of directors with a mix of people with the right competencies for a club of our supposed ambition. On a corporate leadership level, we are set up for mediocrity and the net is not cast wide at all for anyone to come in to challenge the status quo.

Not really, granted he’s been round longer than others. But we’ve had loads of equally unsuccessful and few less successful chairmen in our history.

Let's be honest. We needed a shrewd businessman with the ability to understand where the game was going....and to make the right decisions for us and not his perceived importance to the club.

Kenwright loves the club, so he's in good company with the 60k and more fans who would spend their Saturdays supporting us.... So that doesn't make him unique.

What does make him unique is that he had a few quid and a foot in the door.

But he didn't have enough money to do the things we needed and got is involved with Phillip green who lets face it would do anything for money.

The most important changes in the clubs history happened to be on his watch and he's made a mess of a few critical ones, namely kings dock and ntl.... Then hiring inept chief execs like Elstone to cover his backside.

As a PR chairman he's good, and his hiring of David Moyes saved him big time, as he had a manager prepared to finish 7th on £150k a week whilst spending very little On players.

We’ve gone from winning nothing with him as chairman and majority shareholder to winning nothing.

Why should we forget the damage he has done to the club over the years just because he donates a few tickets?

He’d had have us sitting in a shoebox right now in kirkby if he got his way.

As I say, he’s odious charlatan and we’ll be better off without him here.
Yesterday, I was chatting to a friend who can’t stand Kenwright, he was heavily involved with the peoples group. He literally quoted “every now and again he’ll do some PR gesture involving disability or a local fund, and people fall for it” Perfectly timed the next day......

While donating the tickets, of itself, is a nice and welcome gesture.. why and who publicised this? Completely un-necessary to do so and would question motivations behind whoever did so.
Agree on this, we already know Bill is a top guy and a top blue, we don't need reminders.
