Bill Kenwright

It's inconceivable Kenwright is on the club's board of directors next season. And rightly so. He's been appalling.

However, I do sometimes get the hint of a suspicion that the wire pullers behind that movement are working to an agenda drawn up by outside parties wanting into the club.

There's always wheels within wheels in these situations.

I can only think the appalling behaviour of attacking a man on health grounds has some sort of hard nosed corporate origin to it.

Oh behave Dave

I'm part of that organisation you're talking about there as are thousands of Evertonians

We might as well have Stephen Fry’s. General Melchett from Blackadder on the board at this rate

“ The Esk now seems to be doing some feeble impression of Buster Keaton. And worst of all , the crowning tûrd in the waterpipe, that revolting Ped mouthing off at the end”

Oh wow, I forgot that absolute berk Staveros was a thing!

Kind of have to respect him still being a monumental Melvin with his face on show.

Anyone against the protests is an enemy of the football club and is actively harming it. They don’t want what’s best for the club and only care about making themselves look like the best fan in the world. They are not true fans, I’ve got no problem saying it.

The most passive-aggressive load of crap I've ever read. "Your Chairman", "Your Board" - the tone is that of a power-mad Headteacher scolding kids for not showing the proper deference.

The lack of accountability from him or any of his cronies is the most insulting aspect about their war on the fans though. Club loses £100 million a year like clockwork, has been involved in back to back relegation battles, worst recruitment in the Premier League, average a new manager every season and on and on the list goes but apparently we have a 'revered' Board, led by a CEO who is one of 'the best in the business'. It's a disgraceful display of narcissism on show here.

If it's true that the end is nigh for him then whatever happens to the club will be of no concern to him. Self-preservation has been his game for decades now and if he's not part of Everton's future then he will try and sabotage that future as much as he possibly can.

Reminder that Bill Kenwright didn't start this behaviour yesterday. He's been doing it a long time

Look at how he's treated the shareholders

The amount of self interest and undermining any accountability of himself is beyond belief

This is all very sad and doesn’t reflect at all well on our grand old football club.

I agree, someone somewhere needs to take Bill out of the firing line and make this all stop.

The man’s obviously not very well.

With the current state of the board the truth is nothing changes if he stays or goes, Moshiri will want him to stay as long as possible though, Kenwright is a obvious yes man who is essentially a whipping boy at this point.

Its an interesting take mate and id be very open minded about your suspicions - the approach of Alltogehternow has been odd (not targeting the owner), unwieldly and often undermining and as seen this week- with the bringin up of health grounds, they are crossing the Rubicon in terms of appropriate protest- to my mind - its - possible may be right that there are other forces with other interests at play - as said bringing up health ground is an immediate black listing for me.

To my mind there is an absolute middle ground that only a (growing number) a few are inhabiting, you can be critical of the owner and board on the governance and administration of the club and want change and equally valid is having suspicions, being critical of approach about and its impact and being appalled by behavior like using personal ill health grounds against a man you are protesting about in a professional capacity by alltogehternow - however poorly the person in question has fulfilled that role.

When it gets down to that - no one wins - fans being accused of assaults and board members private medical history's being targeted and used in public to create leverage - no perspective - all would watch Rome burn and check the ashes for bodies - then wonder where we are all going to live. All away from where the absolute focus and energy should be and that at Selhurt Park today and the fight for our lives. Institution is being dragged through the mud.

It's not as black and white as that.

You CAN want the board gone AND retain discipline and focus so as to not help hurtle the club over the cliff edge into the Championship.

When the history of this and last season come to be written there'll be some people who will look back on their time and - if they're at all honest - will be ashamed of what they contributed to this mess.

This isn't just a potential catastrophe made buy the owner and board, it was also concocted by the people who gave them unqualified support when the appalling waste of spending occured and managerial culling that got us here happened - things that they pushed for....the same people now who are agitating for more disruption in the teeth of a relegation campaign no doubt.

I've always said there's blame enough to go round here. The honest amongst the fans will hold their hands up and admit that they along with the club hierarchy contributed to this mess.

No chance.
