If you two actually did some research you would know that the first step towards governance at Everton Football Club :

Is to reestablish existing governance structures at the club that Bill Kenwright and Denise Barrett Baxendale have systematically dismantled.

Such as the Everton FC Annual General Meeting reinstatement - that the board had cancelled

In addition to any new structures like the FAB etc that the board are not engaging with properly

So please get your facts straight before making these types of statements

Personally i think the health angle gives kenwright and the club a good "out"of the present situation regarding the board and fanbase. I dont know what kenwrights health condition is but he has now said hes been fighting a chronic condition for eight years. The thing is kenwright has been blundering and shown contempt to the shareholders and supporters of the club from day one. He has shown his willingness to lie to the face of the supporters. Hes made decisions which put himself first and been to the detriment of the club. This is the fella who got chris samuelson of fortress sports fund fame in to give a speech to shareholders at an agm (remember them) and said the money will be in the bank next week. This is the fella who had to sign season ticket income away to pay for his badly judged ntl deal. This is the fella who was happy to move the club out of the city. Kings dock "the money is ringfenced"I could go on. Nobody was questioning kenwrights health then and hes still making massive wrong decisions. But decisions which put him first still. If next week kenwright pulled a similar stunt to the fortress sports one how many would be thinking "hes lost the plot here. Is he sick? Maybe his age is catching up with him?" He might well be seriously ill for all i know but he still knows exactly what hes doing. Hes done it since day one.

I agreed with this initially, but there has been plenty of heat on Moshiri and his name has been appearing on banners regularly this season.

Do you believe protest is ever right? I can imagine you blerting out the same nonsense next season when we're down in the championship. No matter how much you try to frame the fans with your slight digs, The circus that is the everton board is what's ultimately going to send us down.

FFS, this isn't rocket science: we're in a relegation battle up to our necks, but some people wish to throw petrol on flames.

FFS, this isn't rocket science: we're in a relegation battle up to our necks, but some people wish to throw petrol on flames.

He wrote a paragraph about his health, i personally believe AllTogetherNow bringing his health up was a step too far,

The rest of that statement was the ramblings of a narcist who doesn't want to take responsibility for the clubs failings, kinda explains why he threw DBB under the bus by claiming she runs the club. "The Chairman does not run the football club. We have a Chief Executive Officer who does that"

If one party insists it's better than the other then they should have refrained from initiating that dialogue.

AllTogetherNow - in my opinion - have done so because there's a frustration that, despite the protests, things look set in stone and they're not getting publicity for their actions.

All of this should be parked.
