He just refuses to crawl away despite the protests against him,
There may need to be more, so they can see that we don’t want him. Otherwise he’ll just be telling them that he’s the greatest living Evertonian and has the savvy knowledge of the transfer market, and persuading them that he’s useful.
He’ll be cutting the ribbons when the new stadium opens.
 
The new owners will want to garner as much goodwill as possible from supporters, they are not exactly being welcomed universally themselves.

They will certainly be aware of the feelings the fanbase has for Moshiri but Bill Kenwright in particular.
Keeping Bill Kenwright on the board would be so counter productive for them and they will know this.

On top of this BK is now in his mid to late seventies and if stories are true then he is not in good health.

I think there probably won't be any radical changes on the board until the deal is sealed because I expect we will see some totally new faces running the club when the dust settles.
