Right. Ok. But my stance remains the same. If Sharpy who watched the game live, was there, breathing the same air as everyone else and not watching the game on some illegal stream, and he says that Anichebe was lazy then, and didn't move that ball then, then I like others are going to take his word for it, not a couple of no-marks on a forum are going to change that opinion for me.

Maybe I want to hear what Sharpy said? or maybe it's because I know that Anichebe is gash and the odd goal isn't going to change my mind.

Unless its about something else?

why should we care what a no mark like you thinks?

why be so confrontational you melt.?

Why not? I'm standing my ground.

Tell you what, I'll read the reports tomorrow, and I'll try and watch the game tonight on Sky, but what I won't do is listen to people who are defending a player because maybe the feel sorry for him, or because they know I don't think he's good enough.

I'm not being confrontational, I'm just standing my ground.

OK, seriously, at least we took our chances early on. I mean, who really expected us to go two goals up? I know it feels liked a defeat but then again it could easily have been, so it's more like a victory really. I'm sure Davey thinks the same and is patting the boys on the back as I write this.

Hi Pete, long time no speak. Brum are a good basic side. Nothing special and in some way they got lucky today. They had 4 shots on target, we had 11.

They have the same desire to win that Moyes drilled into his first incarnation of his squad. No outstanding player, but they play as a team. We should have won today, but the brum of today is different than the brum under the previous manager.

I said before and got blasted for it we have a striker problem with what we have, either lazy, can't be arsed, injury prone, can't last a whole game etc. IMO it is an area where we have not really sorted.

At least we didn't lose?

I'll be honest, i wasn't expecting a win today. A draw at St. Andrews isn't to be sniffed at.

Well we had a great chance, and while everyone was ribbing me about Anichebe, he actually seemed to have had quite a poor game.

Yak and him are just lazy gets at the moment and that's all I heard from Sharpy, have to have this backed up by those watching it, but it seemed like there was little movement from either, and a little bit of attitude from Anichebe again.

Yak's a threat. He wasnt poor today, he was a involved with all our good stuff in the 1st 20minutes. His presence alone makes defenders weary of him and he pulls defenders, which he did today and we went 2 up.

Vic did very well and holds the ball up superbly. But when he rolled over his ankle, he clearly struggled and should've been subbed off.

But I dont know what Moyes was thinking. He kept Cahill on basically for his "goal threat" who was disgracefully woeful today, took Yak off (who's scored, has a football/striker brain more than Vic) and put an injured Vic up front on his own.

People can bang on about Yak but to be fair, when you've got Cahill being a passenger not helping either the midfield or the strikers...you're basically playing with 10 men and asking a lot from a loan striker.

I just can fathom why he took Yak off Im sorry.

Your right mate, in fact your spot on.

Maybe we should try Billy up front, by all accounts he's more central than wide, and he can't do any worse.

Now your being silly Ghost.
What does a stream have to do with anything? Are you saying that the Sky pundits with Jeff on a Saturday afternoon are talking crap because they are watching the game on their monitors?

If you don't rate Anichebe, that's cool. That's your opinion as a fan. We won't tell you Moyes knows better, so your opinion is wrong, just as you might be better not mentioning the same with Sharpy.

BTW ... call me a no mark to my face ... I dare ya.

Again, why? We were 2-0 up. Both strikers scored.

The midfield (CAHILL) has a lot to blame than our strikers, who had nothing to feed from after the 2 goals.

People are wanting out strikers to hunt everything down box to box and score goal FFS>

Ignore me then. Simple solution.

Lose the avatar too you melt.

Calling Ghost a "no mark" really isn't on. He has a view, I disagree with it. I saw the feed, so really don't need an expert to tell me what I saw. You heard a comment and haven't seen the match.

When you see the match, I'd prefer that you make your judgement from that informed viewpoint than simply listening to a player because he's a legend.

An opinion is never wrong. I'm just choosing to not listen to yours.
