Is sizeable elements of this forum really any different from RAWK though*?

If you asked most Evertonians with an awareness of online Everton what was the equivalent of our RAWK I reckon most would justifiably point to here.

* I do realise my contribution towards this.

I remember when Evertonians thought we were dark horses for the league because we had Fellaini and Arteta in central midfield mate.

Never once heard anyone talk about us winning the league, under any manager or under any midfield duo.
A few people would of wanted a shot at the top four, but I really cannot remember anybody saying we are winning the league.
So much so that a lot of older people accuse the younger generation of being too negative.

I know that Paul Merson considers us as dark horses this year, probably means dark horses for the top 10.

EDIT: I mean moyes, bobby and Koeman.

I remember it mate and the vaults will too. I just am reluctant to summon then in case I was in accordance too.

I think we're touching on a sub topic of local reds v wool reds.

Is there a difference between the two? For me 100%.

Nope. No gulf in difference between them.

All of them are gobshites. The only discernible difference(s) are that local ones are infinitely more parochial, more hypocritical and more self-pitying than the wools - who have no other affiliation to the city or it's inhabitants. Indeed, I'll bet most of them wools vote tory; and did so under thatcher as well.

And local ones charged wools well over the odds to watch the whiston 'thouse fall on his arse at the pit. I know, because I seen the ads on gumtree.

Evertonians would never have sold their team out. Enjoy yer thirty pieces, rats - 'cos you got your payback lollol:bye:

I think twitter has been a great leveller, it's easy access to all of footballs worst fans. No team is safe.

We should be aiming to win the league every year, otherwise we shouldn't be in the league at all. Not that we will win it mind you...

How much difference is there really between the two sets of fans?

I know it's an age of acute Internet and media partisanship but when you study the behaviours we label of theirs and criticise them for, you see that there's more than a minority of ours with the same behaviours or approach.

Poll included.

Theyre like an inverse of us
So whereas we're mostly sound, knowledgeable and enjoy sexual relations with people who are not family members (with a small minority of inbred beauts); they consist of 98% utterly inbred cockwombles

Ive only ever met two of them i can talk about football with without it turning into utter farce admidst them banging on about how great and perfect everything about liverpool is

Nah that's just clap trap mate. That's delusion. We mock the kopites for delusion.

Delusion is thinking we have a divine right to win it - something those lot believe. I believe that we should enter every season with a clean slate and give everything to try and win it. That is a difference between us and them. They won the European cup five times meaning they are royalty and should be given some sort of free pass to the top four every year even if they finish 8th.

I think our new found wealth, possible waterfront ground and any future success on the pitch as a result (especially trophies) will bring out the kopite in the average blue and there's little we can do about it. I do, however, think we'll stop short of killing people, making light of disasters and robbing our own fans of their tickets, regardless of the significance of the fixture.

It'd be interesting to hear what our resident fans of other clubs have to say on the matter.

What about endorsing racism, rocking ambulances and singing about dead people
