Id long shared my opinion on Mykolenko - Id like to see Patterson right back and Young left back but Young has been doing well at right back, and I've no idea if Patterson is any good so not going to have a breakdown over it.

For me it is the formation that has to change given the limited player change options. Current set up makes scoring goals so, so unlikely in normal play.Has Broja ever played as a number 10/supporting striker?

Agree we need to play players in their natural position, so changing 2 for Harrison - I'm not so sure. That's a lot to accommodate Harrison to play left wing.
He's put Broja in for Calvert-Lewin when people said he wouldn't, and put Lindstrom back in.
Someone above said 3 5 2, I like that, it keeps the dyche focus on defending the narrow V but adds at least one player in the forward areas, 2 or 3 if the wing backs are allowed to operate as actual wing backs.

I don’t think we do, so we either keep playing him, or change formation. Play 2 strikers, or put Ndiaye in the centre, and play Harrison and Lindstrom as wingers. (Even though neither is much good) Our options are very limited, but Doucoure has been that bad, that I think we should try something different. Hopefully he proves me wrong and plays well today
Doucoure is playing more as a 10 though. There are things to try. Try a different formation . Try 3 at the back. Try 2 up top.. Try something different.
We have failed to score in is it 7 of our last 9 games . So what we are doing isn't working . Maybe changing things won't either . But surely it's worth a go .

The news about Chermitti is a little troubling. Maybe see him in February at the latest? I’ve been wanting to see him up front for so long now.
He drops back in off the ball. I look at the bench and struggle to see who he drops Doucoure for.

Happens all the time. Player is out for ages with issue, can't train so when they do come back they get little things like this happen to them due to the body not being up to it yet.
