Atmosphere looked unreal for the Taylor fight, would definitely go to the rematch if it happens in croke park
Probably means power punchesWatched it yesterday evening and other than round 2 and then rounds 4-6 (where she was in genuine trouble) I thought Taylor was picking up pretty much every round. I'd imagine Serrano's power caught her a little by suprise.
Dont know how anyone could've scored the last round, ut was bedlam. Fantastic fight and respect between the two of them. Both giants of boxing.
Rematch in Croker or Aviva nailed on I'd imagine.
EDIT I dont know who the commentators were on DAZN but they were 'kin terrible. I think at one stage they said harder punches score more ?!?
They dont score more pointsProbably means power punches
But that’s what he’s referring to . They separate both on the compubox stats .They dont score more points
peak Mike Tyson would have Fury, he'd cut inside and take him out from below. vs Lennox would be a series of close draws. Ali would probably outfox him.
Fury says he's done, but there's a feeling he needs to beat Usyk (who's got Joshua's number) if he wants to be talked about alongside Lennox, Ali and his namesake. He's probably done enough to outrank the Klitchkos tho' in the all-time pantheon.
true, tho' many of those opponents were fairly forgettable fodder. And Fury did beat the more celebrated Klitschko brother. Although Wladimir was 38 at the time, and arguably past his peak, even at peak a few years earlier you'd fancy the superlative Fury we've got now. It’s interesting that people will put Klitschko over Fury and vice versa. When Fury has only defended his belt twice, Klitschko over 20 times.
The fury in the Whyte/Wilder fights is a dangerous opponent for anyone.true, tho' many of those opponents were fairly forgettable fodder. And Fury did beat the more celebrated Klitschko brother. Although Wladimir was 38 at the time, and arguably past his peak, even at peak a few years earlier you'd fancy the superlative Fury we've got now.
Compubox is useless though and shouldn't be relied on. Its just a person pressing a button when they think a punch lands (regardless of if it was rolled, blocked or not......just opinion)But that’s what he’s referring to . They separate both on the compubox stats .
If it’s that useless why is it still in around ? I obviously useless to the boxing industryCompubox is useless though and shouldn't be relied on. Its just a person pressing a button when they think a punch lands (regardless of if it was rolled, blocked or not......just opinion)
