Despite only being 20, I'd have imagined he'd still be here if RK rated him, after all Holgate and DCL have had game time along with Davies. Think he needs to have his time at WBA cut short and move somewhere he's likely to be a starter. That said although he was decent last season, I wouldn't be upset if we got rid for a decent fee.
 
We appear to be overstocked in young CBs . Holgate being the best. Perhaps it's having Unsworth as manager:).
It's a pity we don't have the same success with our young forwards.

I would do that in a heartbeat though I'm not sure a PL club struggling like Sunderland would play him cb and Van Anholt is a starter at lb.

I think of he'd stayed this season he would have had game time already and I'm confident he can make it with us. Just got to find a mid table team like West Brom but without a Pulis at the helm!!
 

ERM...when was the last time Pulis gave youth players a run out? Probably Ryan Shawcross.

To be fair, Pulis dropped Galloway when he gave a penalty away. Feller is brutal and always goes to the players he trusts, so wouldn't put much into what Pulis does with him.

Exactly what I told a friend who asked about why Galloway wasn't playing. He had 4 minutes where he let Rooney get away from him and then gave a penalty away. Hasn't seen the field since.
 

Sometimes timing is everything. At the start of the season we had Baines and Oviedo covering LB with Funes Mori and Williams Left CB so Galloway's loan looked appropriate. When Jags was injured pre season Holgate got and took his chance, if there had been more left sided players injured who knows whether Galloway would have got his chance . Six months ago when Galloway/Holgate formed the u21 partnership Galloway looked the surer , more accomplished CB. Holgate has done well, at 20 I wouldn't write off Galloway just yet, but his difficulty now will also be that if Holgate continues to improve its unlikely RK will have two young defenders in his squad.
