Yes he just sold our best prospect ever Money cant by stones under RM 12 months later hes gone before we buy anyone decent!

To be honest mate I think Stones has been as good as gone for a long time, before RK even came to Everton, maybe if Martinez went 12 months back and we had got Koeman then it might of worked out different. For me its just one example of Koeman having to sort out the mess Martinez made, which might take 2 windows, before we even start to look forward.

Not a chance we're willing to sell the lad. We're gonna have 4 CB's as well as Holgate, the lad is 6th choice, loan move is sound. Koeman wont sell him.

It would be monumentally stupid to give Newcastle the option to buy, if only due to the fact he's English/homegrown. Of the 10 such players in the squad (not including those under 21), it's fairly likely at least seven* will be gone in the next three years. Replacements have to come from somewhere, and Galloway certainly looked good enough for the PL.

*(Williams, Jags, Baines, Barry due to age, Lennon and Gibson due to age and performance, Lukaku due to Mino Raiola. Remaining: Barkley, McCarthy and Cleverley, all of whom could easily go for a variety of reasons.)

Brendan off to WBA for the season, on loan. Pleased that he's going there and not Newcastle. He will learn loads from Pulis' defensive approach which he will benefit from when he returns next year.

Newcastle wanted a loan move with a view to a permanent deal, which I thought they would! made up he's not going anywhere near that club.

Strange this one. Galloway always seemed the most likely player to step up to the first team. Obviously the injury last season really hampered his progress, but the progression of holgate has been remarkable, don't think any of us saw this one coming. A loan would be perfect for Galloway, especially gaining even more premiership experience.
