Premier League Clubs submit Squad Lists
ï‚· For the 2012/13 season each club had a deadline on 4th September to submit a squad containing no more than 17 players who do not fulfil the Home Grown Player criteria. The remainder of the squad, up to a total of 25 players, must be Home Grown.
ï‚· A Home Grown Player means a player who, irrespective of his nationality or age, has been registered with any club affiliated to the Football Association or the Football Association of Wales for a period, continuous or not, of three entire seasons or 36 months prior to his 21st birthday (or the end of the Season during which he turns 21).
ï‚· Changes to the squad list of 25 may be made during the period of a Transfer Window.
ï‚· U21 players are eligible over and above the limit of 25 players/squad.
ï‚· For the 2012/13 campaign Under 21 players will have been born on or after 1st January 1991.
The Premier League Board is currently considering an application from Stoke City to register a player and, subsequently, their squad list will be confirmed at a later date.
Each Club Squad List is attached below as well as an additional list of each Club’s registered Under 21 players who are eligible over and above the squad limit of 25 players.

Can't see it being a problem, it'll just be we've submitted his name as part of the list 'subject to confirmation' but obviously he can't be on the current list as we haven't signed him. The FA know the situation so providing the signing is approved it'll Be a formality

There just needs to be space in the 25 list, so any incoming player, regardless of signed on loan or free can be put into, thats all

Sky are reporting that Stoke are the only team awaiting player confirmation, for Owen. (I can't post links yet, it just came up on the SSN twitter feed though for those who are interested.)
