It would be a massive statement from us. Would this mean we could start to attract the top talent? There must be money there to spend unless he thinks he can turn Niasse into a player!

I think us fans are, for some reason, obsessed with each other. We constantly watch their games in the hopes of seeing them lose, yet continue to watch even when they're winning every week. Sadly I don't see many reasons why they'd be obsessed with us given our current plight, but reading what some people post here about what's said on their forums, it seems like many of them are. People on the outside looking in will look at this appointment and almost certainly think it's something that has the potential to shoot us up the division within a couple of transfer windows. I am made up.

I watched them when they played us and when they played Genk, because I quite like Genk. Why would waste my time on them?

I've heard there's a 1.5bn takeover in the offing for Terry's Timber who are desperate to sponsor the scouse pies to the tune of all their equity. The Bramley Moore pub is in line for a similar buy out and are interested in supporting sponsoring the toilets.
