I doubt it
Who else are West Ham going to get?
Mid table is par for the course for them, which I'm sure they'll be if he stays
Think they’ll go for Howe.

Oh dear god!
the Ancelotti thread has turned into the Eddie Howe appreciation society.
That started almost 20 years ago and that's the only club he's been at longer than 2 years - in a managerial career spanning 25 years.
His average time in roles at Reggiana, Parma, Juventus, Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, Bayern and Napoli has been little over 19 months in each role.
He was also sacked in 6 of those 8.
Now, if you were a betting man, I'm sure you'd wager a stay of less than 2 years here (probably ending in a sacking too) given the stats put before you.
Stats don't always paint the picture, of course, but they're still important reference points and usually are a good measure of what's to come.
Good afternoon toffeman.Nothing mate, just his utterly horrendous post like lol
You missed out Chat magazines favourite manager, Eddie Howe.
You know what? I give up.If Ancelotti comes its not going to be a long term thing. If he is here in 18 months and doing a decent job then as soon as a bigger club is needing a manager he will be off with his kicks round his ankles. As good as he is, I don't think he is the right fit. The money will be ridiculous. Anyone thinking that Ancelotti automatically means the likes of James etc are going to be coming at the bit to sign are deluded. I'd rather the club were honest with its position and brought in Howe to build something.
To be honest it should be Dunc till the end of the season and see where the club is then.
He was in Madrid for one season, won a record points haul, but got sacked anyway as they finished second to arguably the best team in history!

This for me. He’s took them so far and stagnated, he’s shown nothing to suggest he could take a club in our position further up the league.Howe has spent a decent chunk of change at Bournemouth as well. It's not like he's only had a few coppers in the coffers
Yes you are right mate.I'm getting echoes of Edam Head here. I've just heard Duncan is in charge again at the weekend. If he was coming he'd be here by now and not pontificating.
The last week or so I've had to rely on cack sources saying done deal in 48 hrs. Not done yet though. I hope we haven't shot our bolt too early.
He has a brilliant pedigree admittedly but I can't get past the feeling that the shadow cast by our neighbours is proving too much of an obstacle for anyone who has a reputation to protect.
A cliché admittedly but I won't, can't, believe we'll get him until I see him on the pitch Boxing Day.
