@Keiran wins by a landslide, I can’t think off the top of my head of a single thing he’s called right ever.
It’s just his opinion though.
It’s not a contradiction to say that only superstar managers manage multiple top clubs and win Premier League titles.
Both Ancelotti and Pellegrini are superstar managers, in my book anyway. If you disagree, fine, but the suggestion is hardly laughable unless you’re a hormonal teenage girl desperate for attention - which we seem to have a few of on here......
It’s perfectly reasonable, by my reckoning, to say that Pellegrini managing the likes of Villareal, Malaga and West Ham - is going to win far less than Ancelotti managing the clubs he has - because those clubs have vastly different expectations.

The point is Parma at the time where one of the biggest clubs in the world. And Italian clubs were already operating a DOF model, so the manager gets limited credit for signings.Buffon was 18 years old.
Crespo was 21 years old.
Cannavaro was 23 years old.
None of these players were established stars, he developed all of them into world class players. He also signed Thuram and Chiesa who went on to become key players and some of the best in Europe.
Choices. Luck. A multitude of reasons.
Benitez is a superstar manager but has spent the last few years of his career managing Newcastle and in China. Go figure.
Different managers have different motivations. Ancelotti might have a better agent. Who knows?
Clubs choose managers for all sorts of reasons, look at Arsenal choosing Arteta over Ancelotti now, it doesn’t mean Arteta is the better manager - but Arsenal clearly feel he’s the better fit.
Arsenal are a top club with some of the best Football people around and they have made their decision, they have their reasons for that.
Big dunc in charge for Saturday afternoon. The point is Parma at the time where one of the biggest clubs in the world. And Italian clubs were already operating a DOF model, so the manager gets limited credit for signings.
He did OK at Parma, but Scala did much better.
man city had the same problem when they sacked hughes and brought in mancini,Journalists and fans dont like things being shaken up like this.
We are Everton, not some two bit provincial club. Sod them.

Are we still doing Pellegrini Vs Ancelotti in here?
Last time I checked, Manuel was going nowhere
Well yeah but if he is such a superstar manager he would have:
A. Won more trophies when he was at city and Madrid
B. Managed more ‘superstar’ clubs and therefore been challenging for more trophies
True to a degree. But Pelligrini’s rise is more impressive. He came from a much lower base.Ancelotti and his CV are lightyears ahead of Pellegrini. Anyone disagreeing is on a mad one.
